Student's Pass. Letter of acceptance from approved institution, completed Form 16, proof of financial ability.

1. Receive IPA (In-Principle Approval) letter. 2. Apply via SOLAR+ system. 3. Complete medical exam. 4. Collect Student's Pass at ICA within 2 weeks of arrival.

Proof of funds to cover tuition and living expenses (~SGD $10,000-20,000/year living costs).
